基于UV法和UPLC-Q-TOF/MS技术分析对叶百部加工前后生物碱的变化研究

         

摘要

Objective Comparative about alkaloid variation in Stemona tuberosa Lour. before and after primary processing. Methods Analysis of alkaloid variation in Stemona tuberosa Lour. from Hunan Jianghua, Hubei Yidu, Guangxi Pingle and Hainan Lingshui before and after primary processing is by UV and UPLCQ-TOF/MS. Results This study shows the total alkaloid in is almost invariant Stemona tuberosa Lour. after primary procession based on UV. According to the UPLC-Q-TOF/MS shows that isostemotinine and croomine in Stemona tuberosa Lour. from Hubei Yidu, isostemotinine and No.6 unknown alkaloid in Stemona tuberosa Lour. from Hunan Jianghua and Guangxi Pingle content increased signifcantly, other identifed alkaloid in Stemona tuberosa Lour. are almost invariant, isostemotinine, croomine, hydroxy isotuberostemonine, tuberostemonine and No.6 unknown alkaloid from Hainan Lingshui decreased. Conclusion As for total alkaloid in Stemona tuberosa Lour., primary procession is not very much a?ected, but relative content of some type alkaloid changed.%目的 采用 UV 和 UPLC-Q-TOF/MS 两种方法比较对叶百部加工前后生物碱类化学成分的变化,为产地加工提供一定的理论依据. 方法 紫外分光光度计和超高效液相色谱-四级杆飞行时间质谱仪对对叶百部产地加工前后生物碱进行分析. 结果 对叶百部总生物碱含量加工前后变化不明显 ;湖北宜昌宜都加工后对叶百部生物碱中 Isostemotinine、Croomine 含量明显增加,湖南永州江华瑶族自治县和广西桂林平乐县加工后 Isostemotinine、6 号未知生物碱含量明显增加,湖南永州江华瑶族自治县、湖北宜昌宜都市、广西桂林平乐县其它生物碱含量基本不变,海南陵水黎族自治县 Isostemotinine、Croomine、Hydroxy Isotuberostemonine、Tuberostemonine 及 6 号未知生物碱含量均减少. 结论 产地加工对对叶百部总生物碱含量影响不大,但个别类型生物碱的相对含量发生了变化.
