鸡蛋花离体培养和快速繁殖研究

摘要

目的 为获得鸡蛋花快速繁殖无菌苗.方法 以鸡蛋花种子为材料研究不同植物生长调节剂对愈伤组织形成、腋芽萌发和生根的影响.结果 在MS培养基内添加2mg/L BA和1 mg/L NAA的对愈伤诱导的效果最佳；添加0.1 mg/L NAA和2 mg/L6-BA诱导腋芽萌发效果最佳；添加1 mg/L IBA的1/2 MS培养基为最佳生根培养基,生根率达到95％.结论 0.1mg/L NAA和2mg/L6-BA对鸡蛋花腋芽萌发有明显促进作用.%Objective To establish the rapid propagation system of Plumeria rubra L.Methods Effects of plant growth regulators on the calli, buds germination and rootage were studied by seedlings of Plumeria rubra L.. Result The optimal medium for calli was MS medium with 2 mg/L 6 - BA and 1 mg/L NAA, for buds germination MS medium with 0.1 mg/L NAA and 2mg/L 6 - BA and for the 95% rootage rate of Plumeria rubra L 1/2 MS medium with 1 mg/L IBA. Conclusion The axillary buds germination were increased obviously by MS with 0.1 mg/L NAA and 2 mg/L 6 - BA.
