山东省不同区域桔梗药材中桔梗皂苷D的测定

摘要

目的 通过对山东省不同区域桔梗中桔梗皂苷D进行质量相关性研究, 建立桔梗中桔梗皂苷D的含量测定方法.方法 采用HPLC法测定桔梗皂苷D的含量, 色谱条件为Zorbax SB C18色谱柱, 流动相为乙腈 (A)-0.4％磷酸水溶液 (B) (25∶75), 流速1.0 ml/min, 检测波长210 nm, 柱温25℃, 进样量10μl.结果 山东淄博生产的桔梗药材中桔梗皂苷D含量最高, 质量最好, 其次为山东青岛.结论该含量测定方法简便, 准确, 可作为测定桔梗皂苷D的定量方法.%Objective To establish an HPLC assay of platycodin D in Radix Platycodonis by the quality correlation study of platycodin D in Radix Platycodonis from different regions in Shandong Province. MethodsConten tof platycodin D is assayed by HPLC. The chromatographic conditions are as follows: Zorbax SB C18 column; mobile phrase of acetonitrile (A)-0.4 ％ phosphoric acid (25: 75); flow rate of 1.0 ml/min; detection wavelength 210 nm; column temperature 25℃; injection volume 10 μl. Results Radix Platycodonis is produced from Zibo, Shandonghad the highest content of platycodin D and the best quality, follow by those from Qingdao, Shandong. Conclusion This study can be used as a quantitative method for the determination of platycodin D because of it simplicity and accuracy.
