不同品系何首乌嫩茎叶营养保健成分分析比较

         

摘要

Objective To determine the content of nutrition composition in the stems and leaves of different strains, and provide the basis for the development and utilization of tender stems and leaves of Polygonum multiflorum Thunb. Methods Determination of water by atmospheric pressure drying method; the crude protein is determined by Kjeldahl method; determination by direct water extraction of soluble dietary fiber; polysaccharide is determined by phenol sulfuric acid colorimetric method; Determination of total flavonoids by using aluminum salt spectrophotometric method. Results The contents of soluble dietary fiber and total flavonoids are different from 0.354 1 to 0.821 9 g/100 g and 195.36 to 495.70 mg/100 g in the 4 determined strains; The contents of crude protein and polysaccharide are also significant, 4.15 to 4.68 g/100 g and 0.204 to 0.264 g/100 g, respectively;There is little difference in the content of water, which is 86.53~87.69 g/100 g. Conclusion The content of nutrients in the stem and leaf of Polygonum multiflorum Thunb. are extremely rich, have the value of development and utilization; Breeding improved variety is an effective way to improve the content of nutrition composition of tender stems and leaves.%目的 测定不同品系何首乌嫩茎叶营养保健成分含量,为嫩茎叶开发利用和选育良种提供依据.方法 水分测定采用常压干燥法;粗蛋白测定采用凯氏定氮法;可溶性膳食纤维测定采 用直接水浸提法;多糖测定采用苯酚-硫酸比色法;总黄酮测定采用铝盐分光光度法.结果 在所测定的4个品系中,可溶性膳食纤维和总黄酮的含量相差悬殊,分别为0.3541~0.8219g/100g和195.36~495.70mg/100g;粗蛋白和多糖的含量差异也极显著,分别为4.15~4.68g/100g和0.204~0.264g/100g;水分的含量差别不大,为86.53~87.69g/100g.结论 何首乌嫩茎叶富含营养保健成分,具有开发前景;选育良种是提高嫩茎叶营养保健成分含量的有效途径.
