随着我国经济的不断发展，金融体制的逐步完善，甘孜藏区农牧区金融改革和发展也取得了积极成效，但是当前甘孜藏区农牧区金融改革发展中也存在突出的矛盾和问题，为促进其更快更好的发展，较好辅助“三农”政策的执行，特提出六方面建议与措施。%Along with the development of economy and the gradual improvement of financial system, the finan- cial reform and development in Garz~i Autonomous Prefecture＇ s herding areas have also made positive effect, but there are also prominent contradictions and problems in the current financial reform and development. In order to promote its better and faster development, better assist the policy implementation of ＂Agriculture, Countrysides and Farmers＂ ,specially six suggestions and measures are put forward.
