经管类实验教学活动中,参与活动的三类主体所产生的经验体会对于进一步提升实验教学活动的成果及实验室管理水平具有重要的价值,应加以积累及利用.经验体会在知识管理中属于隐性知识管理的范畴,论文以此为基础,探讨了将隐性知识管理的思想及方法引入到经管类实验教学管理中的必要性,并提出了实验教学管理中隐性知识的管理策略.%During the activities of economic and management experimental teaching, the experiences of three kinds of participants play an important role in promoting the result of the experimental teaching and the level of the laboratory management. The experience is also called tacit knowledge in knowledge management area. Based on this, the paper investigated the necessity of the tacit knowledge management application in economic and management experimental teaching management, and proposed the management strategy about tacit knowledge generated during the experimental teaching management.
