TNPM模式在高校仪器设备管理中的应用

在分析中国企业设备管理-TNPM模式内涵的基础上,成功地将该模式应用于高校仪器设备管理,树立先进的管理理念,探索全员参与、全程规范的共享管理机制,构建设备的前期、中期和后期管理的全过程规范化体系,以及全员参与的管理工作组织体系和评价体系,实现了设备管理的全程化、规范化、全员化和效益化,并在管理实践中取得了良好成效.%TNPM mode is a new kind of mode used in Chinese enterprises' equipment management. Guided by the advanced management concepts, sharing management mechanisms of full participation and full process standardization were explored. The full process standardization management system in early, middle and post stages of equipment management and organization and evaluation system of management working with full participation were built, which implemented the full process, standardization, full participation and benefit in university equipment management. Good results were achieved in the management practice.
