CDIO工程教育改革模式致力于解决工程教育与工程实践相脱节的问题,而工程实践场所是实施CDIO工程教育的关键保障因素.本文通过对实践场所建设的三阶段分析,提出“场所设计—资源统筹—场所建设”模式,明确了资源统筹在实践场所建设过程中的重要性.通过对资源统筹阶段存在问题的探讨,提出了以校内资源统筹为基础和以校外统筹为基础存在的问题,在此基础上形成了资源投融资规划的整体框架,并具体阐述了资源投融资规划的方法.这种通过资源投融资优化CDIO实践场所建设的研究,有益于CDIO工程教育改革模式的工程教育与工程实践相脱节及持续发展.%CDIO engineering education is committed to solving the separation between engineering education and engineering practice. Since practice sites are the key factors for the implementation of CDIO engineering education, the optimization of the development of practice sites through resource investment and financing is the focus of this paper. Based on the analysis of the three phases of practice site development and the discussion of the problems in resource investment and financing, this paper presents the framework of resources investment and financing, and defines the ways of investment and financing. The research of the optimization of the development of practice sites is beneficial to the promotion and sustainable development of CDIO.
