指出物理是一门实验科学,科学史上许多事实证明科学发展的关键在于科学实验.大学需要培养各种人才,更要注意培养实验人才.实验室像炼钢炉,要发挥“炉子效应”.实验室需要各种专门人才,可以行行出状元.%The interviewee pointed out that "Physics" is an experimental science, many facts have proved that scientific experiment is the key to the science development. He deemed that university is required to cultivate various talents, and more emphasis on laboratory talents. Laboratory needs all kinds of specialized personnel, and every profession can produces its own topmost master.
