高校实验室管理部门机构设置及其职能探究

合理的管理体制与运行机制对保障实验室机构的建设和运行具有重要作用.本文根据高校实验室管理部门的现状,对目前实验室部门各种类型的特点进行分析,同时结合本校实验室管理机构设置的特点,探讨实验室管理部门机构设置及其管理职责,确保实验教学模式和实验教学体系改革的深化,促进实验室管理部门在学校的实验室建设及人才培养方面发挥更大的作用.%A reasonable management system and operation mechanism plays an important role in ensuring thernconstruction and operation of the laboratory institutions. According to the present situation in laboratory management inrnuniversities, the various types of laboratory management and their characteristics are analyzed. In view of therncharacteristics of laboratory management institutions in Huaqiao University, the laboratory management departmentrnagency and its management duties are discussed to ensure experimental teaching and reform in the experimental teachingrnsystem.
