为满足教学实验要求,对模拟自动化装配的教学系统进行了技术改造,得到一种适合实验室使用的运动控制系统实验平台.设计采用PLC为控制核心,通过采集光电编码器的测速脉冲信号,在PLC内通过PID回路指令进行数据的运算,并经PLC的高速脉冲输出口输出占空比可变的脉冲信号,实现直流电机的PWM调速控制.%This design is rooted in a reconstruction project, which is to improve a set of simulating automaticassembling teaching system. The goal of this reconstruction is to get a suitable movement control system experimentplatform for laboratory use. This system uses PLC as the core of control. The PLC is used to collect the pulse signalof speed from a incremental optical encoder. Then the data is operated by the PID loop in the PLC and the value willchange the pulse width of output pulse signal. As a result, the PWM speed regulated for the direct current motor isrealized.
