根据医学细胞分离实验过程的需求,研制一套具有恒温、振荡、通氧、加样、数字显示、定时、报警等功能的细胞恒温振荡仪.仪器采用上下分离式机械结构,易实现振荡功能,操作方便;恒温控制系统采用积分分离的模糊PID控制器,加热快,精度高;并介绍了振荡频率调节原理、硬件电路、软件系统的设计等.最后,给出了恒温实验效果及其分析.实践结果表明:研制的新型细胞恒温振荡仪结构简单,操作方便,实用性强,可为细胞分离提供良好的实验环境.%According to the requirements of cells separation experiment,a novel cellular thermostatic oscillator was designed with the functions of thermostatic control,vibration,oxygen,sample addition,digital display,timing,and alarm.This paper introduced the mechanical structure,the adjustment principle of the oscillation frequency,the hardware circuit and the software design.Moreover,it elaborated on the theory of bain-marie thermostatic control on the fuzzy PID with separated integral.Finally,it demonstrated the effect of the experiment and its analysis.The practise result showed that the new-made noval cellular thermostatic oscillator is with simple structure,easy operation,strong practicability,and provide a good surrounding for cellular segregation.
