基于全寿命周期成本多媒体教室设备管理的探索

分析学校多媒体教室设备的基本情况,提出学校多媒体教室设备全寿命周期成本构成.分析多媒体教室设备管理中存在的问题.基于全寿命周期成本对多媒体教室设备管理进行探索,提出了基于LCC加强采购管理、做好多媒体教室设备维护、利用新的管理方式支撑多媒体教室设备全寿命周期管理,使学校多媒体教学环境处于良好、稳定的运行环境.%By analyzing the basic situation of school multimedia classroom equipment,the paper puts forward a cost counting method of school multimedia classroom equipment of whole life cycle.The paper also analyzes the problems existing in the multimedia classroom equipment management.Starting with the total life cycle cost,it makes a study of multimedia classroom equipment management based on LCC,and presents to strengthen procurement management,complete the multimedia classroom equipment maintenance,use a new way to support multimedia classroom equipment total life cycle management.These measures make the multimedia teaching environment in good,stable operating environment.
