水下阀门仿真试验技术在海洋装备教学中的应用

         

摘要

深水阀门是控制深水闸阀开关状态的执行机构.在海洋工程教学实践中,为使学生更好掌握水下阀门的技术特性,针对深水阀门执行机构特有的工况和结构特点,建立包含导流孔阻尼影响在内的深水阀门及执行机构动力学模型.在此基础上,结合Simulation X软件,对深水阀门及执行机构进行动态仿真分析,将动态机理建模和Simulation X软件仿真技术紧密结合,通过分析和比较仿真结果,验证仿真的可行性,形成一套完备的水下阀门及执行机构仿真实验平台.通过此平台一方面学生系统地学习理论知识,掌握深水阀门及执行机构的基本原理与技术;另一方面有助于提高学生解决实际深水工程问题的能力,从而提升教学质量.%The deep water valve is the actuator to control deep water gate.In order to train students to master technologies of the deep water gate such as working conditions and structural characteristics,this paper established the dynamical model of the deep water gate valve actuator,The model considered the damping effects of the flow guide hole.The Simulation X software was used for dynamic simulation in order to enable students to better grasp the specific characteristics of underwater valves.The dynamic mechanism modeling and Simulation X software simulation technology were closely combined to form a complete set of underwater valves so that simulation platform was constructed.The feasibility of the simulation was verified by analyzing and comparing the simulation results.Through this platform,students could learn the theoretical knowledge systematically and master the basic principles and techniques of deep water valves and implementing agencies.On the other hand,students could improve their ability to solve the problems of deep water projects,the quality and effect of teaching were improved.
