阶梯式培养方式提高毕业设计质量的探索

         

摘要

受考研和找工作的影响,如何确保毕业设计质量已成为高校普遍关心的问题.笔者从2012年承担大一新生研讨课开始实施“阶梯式人才培养方案”,即根据学生大学4年各阶段的特点,有针对性的提出能力锻炼方案,让学生经过基础教育后,参与老师的科研与教研工作,主持实践创新项目、参与学科赛事等实践创新活动.使学生在大学4年中逐步由围观到参与、由被动到主动、到大四时能具备提出毕业设计课题和完成课题的能力,呈现出教学相长、科教协同、毕业设计质量有效提高的可喜局面.%With the influence of postgraduate entrance examination and job hunting,how to ensure the quality of graduation design becomes a common concern of universities.The authors have proposed a ladder type personnel training scenario for fresh students in 2012:according to the characteristics of students in each grade of college,the training scheme was put forward.After fundamental training,students participate in teachers' scientific researches and teaching work,direct the innovation practice projects,and participate in academic competitions.During the four years of university,students gradually transform from standing by to participant,from passive to active.Eventually in the final year,they get the ability to propose a graduation project and accomplish it independently.This represents a gratifying situation that teaching benefits both teachers and students,science and education are combined,and the graduation design quality is improving effectively.
