通过建立FeⅡEDTA和FeⅡ (CyS)2吸收NO的传质模型,并在自行设计的反应釜内完成了两种亚铁络合剂的传质动力学实验,FeⅡEDTA对NO具有更高的脱除效率.对两种亚铁络合剂进行脱硫脱硝的实验研究发现,FeⅡ(CyS)2对SO2脱除效果更佳.两种亚铁络合剂在脱硫脱硝上存在互补性,进而提出了两种亚铁络合剂的复配可行性及比例等参数,并通过实验研究了复合型亚铁络合剂的性能.结果表明,复合型亚铁络合剂比单纯亚铁络合剂对NO脱除率更高,且在脱除率达到80%时,持续时间提高约30%.%In this study,a mass transport model of Fe Ⅱ EDTA and FeⅡ (CyS)2 absorbing.NO has been established,and dynamical experiment has been done in the self-designed reactor.It was found Fe Ⅱ EDTA has higher efficiency of absorbing NO.Simultaneous desulfurization and denitrificayion tests by using two ferrous complexants found that FeⅡ (CyS)2 has better effect of absorbing SO2.Because of the complementation of two ferrous complexants,a new compound ferrous complexant has been developed,and compound proportion and activation property have been studied.The result shows that the aging of compound ferrous complexant is about 30% more than a single ferrous complexant while removing 80% NO.
