The efficiency of desulfurization and denitrification were investigated by using the self-made manganese oxide and simulated flue gas in a fixed bed adsorption test bed and the kinetics of denitrification in direct denitrification and simultaneous desulfurization and denitrification process were established,reapectively.The results showed that the average reaction rate of denitrification increased with the increase of temperature and PNOin the direct denitrification process.Desulphurization and denitrification affected each other in the process of denitrification after desulfurization,and the denitrification absorption rate was half of the one in the direct denitrification process.The denitrification absorption rate in the simultaneous desulfurization and denitrification process was almost the same with the one in the direct denitrification process.The kinetic equation of the denitrification in simultaneous desulfurization and denitrification process was obtained with the reaction order 0.8 and activation energy 24.16 kJ/mol.The pre-exponential factor of the reaction was found to be about 464.64 min-1and the correction parameter 0.95.%利用自制氧化锰和模拟烟气,在固定床吸收实验台上进行脱硫脱硝实验,探究了脱硫和脱硝效率,并建立了单独脱硝和联合同步脱硫脱硝过程中脱硝的反应动力学方程.结果表明,对于单独脱硝,脱硝的平均反应速率随着温度上升和NO分压(PNO)的增大而加快;对于先脱硫后脱硝,脱硫与脱硝互相影响,脱硝效率下降近半;对于联合同步脱硫脱硝,其对脱硝效率影响较小.得到了联合同步脱硫脱硝过程中脱硝反应动力学方程,反应级数为0.8,反应的活化能为24.16kJ/mol,指前因子为464.64min-1,修正参数为0.95.
