试点专业创新创业能力培养的实践教学体系构建及实施

摘要

Practical teaching is an important starting point for cultivating innovative and entrepreneurial talents,which is one of the goals of higher education reform.To taking cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents as the starting point,financial management discipline,a pilot construction of professional development in Langfang Teachers University,builds a practical teaching system and puts it into practice,and achieves good teaching results.Through the study of the financial management specialty based on the practice teaching system and the implementation effect of cultivating innovation and entrepreneurship ability in Langfang Teachers University.This may provide some references for the innovation and entrepreneurship training and practice teaching reform of similar institutions.%培养创新创业人才是高教改革的目标之一,实践教学是培养创新创业人才的重要抓手.廊坊师范学院应用型转型试点建设专业——财务管理专业以培养创新创业人才为出发点,构建实践教学体系并付诸实施,取得了良好的教学效果.通过研究廊坊师范学院财务管理专业基于创新创业能力培养的实践教学体系和实施效果,可为同类院校创新创业人才培养及实践教学改革提供些许借鉴.
