构建多元融合的区域基础教育质量保障机制

摘要

要促进区域基础教育质量的科学发展，需要构建符合不同区域教育发展实际、不同教育主体多元化质量诉求的区域基础教育质量保障体系，包括确立基本观念、基本架构和运行模式，并形成多元融合的区域基础教育质量保障机制。这是摆在我们面前的一项紧迫任务。%At present, it is an urgent task to construct the basic concepts, the basic structure and the model of operation of quality assurance in regional elementary education, and finally establish a pluralistic quality assurance mechanism of the re- gional elementary education according to the actual development of education in different regions and different demands of ed- ucation subjects in order to promote the scientific development of regional elementary education.
