基于社会网络与制度环境理论融合的创业过程研究

摘要

本文从社会网络理论和制度环境理论融合的视角来解释创业过程，首先分析了社会网络和制度环境作为独立情境因素对创业过程的影响，随后以理论融合的视角对社会网络与制度环境之间的融合性进行分析，并基于新创企业在各创业阶段的差异化活动及特征，分别从社会网络与制度环境不同子维度交互的角度展开探讨。通过研究发现，在准备阶段面对网络结构与规制制度交互的情境，新创企业主要是进行创业环境分析和创业机会识别；在启动阶段面对网络内容与规范制度交互的情境，新创企业主要是进行组织体系创建和管理模式形成；在成熟阶段面对网络治理与认知制度交互的情境，新创企业主要是进行组织规模扩张和社会运行构架。%This paper explains the entrepreneurial process based on the social network theory and the institutional environment theory.It analyzes social network and institutional environment's effect on the entrepreneurial process as an independent situational factor.A new research framework combining social network and institutional environment was built to explain the entrepreneurship process.After that,the entrepreneurship activities in different stages were analyzed through combing sub-dimension of social network and institutional environment.It is found that,the activities that entrepreneurial enterprise analyzes entrepreneurial environment and recognizes opportunity at prestart-up are a process of combining network structure and regulatory institution;the activities that entrepreneurial enterprise completes organizational system and management model building at start-up are a process of combining network content and normative institution;the activities that entrepreneurial enterprise completes organizational scale expansion and social operation architecture at mature are a process of combining network governance and cognitive institution.
