基于GPRS和GSM的水稻智能灌溉系统

     

摘要

Since there are many drawbacks which are the grievous waste of hardware resources and poor responses and so on existing in rice remote irrigation system currently, an intelligent irrigation system for rice based on GPRS and GSM was developed using a direct communication of “Server-User’s phone”. The single chip microcomputer STC12C5A60S2 is used as the core controller of field terminal in this system, using GPRS DTU wireless communication module to communicate between the ifeld terminal and the remote server, utilizing GSM to exchange the information between the user’s mobile phone and the remote server. The new system greatly reduces the capacity of terminal task processing and also improves the real-time performance of the system. Rice water level information could be obtained through level sensors, so irrigation or drainage operation could be done according to water requirements of rice during different periods. In the meantime, the double monitoring function of server software and user’s phone in the system has been carried out by designing the monitor and management software for rice irrigation. The experiment result showed that the system performances well and the control accuracy of irrigation is over 93%, which meets the requirements of remote monitoring and irrigation.%针对目前水稻远程灌溉系统存在的硬件资源浪费、系统响应差等弊端,应用了一种“服务器—用户手机”直接通讯的方式,并设计了一套基于GPRS(General Packet Radio Service)和GSM(Global System for Mobile Communications)的水稻智能灌溉系统。该系统以STC12C5A60S2单片机作为现场终端的核心处理器,通过GPRS DTU无线通信模块完成现场终端与远程服务器之间的通讯,利用GSM短消息方式实现用户手机与远程服务器之间的信息交互,极大地减少了现场终端的任务处理量,加快了系统的实时性。系统能够通过液位传感器获取田间水位信息,并根据水稻不同时期的需水量完成灌溉或排水操作。同时,系统通过对水稻灌溉监控管理软件的设计实现了服务器软件监控和用户手机监控的双重监控功能。试验结果表明,该系统工作稳定,灌溉控制精度在93%以上,能够达到远程监控、灌溉的目标。
