搅拌强度对全混式沼气池加温过程及加温能耗的影响

         

摘要

在工程条件下,利用变频器设定4个不同搅拌速率:R1=0,R2=576,R3=960,R4=1 152 r/min,进行全混式沼气发酵系统的加热和搅拌运行试验.通过对试验过程中温度场、能耗等情况的监测,研究搅拌强度对沼气池加温过程的影响,为沼气工程运行管理提供技术支持.结果表明,搅拌强度对温度场影响显著,加热温升速度和温度场均一性与搅拌速率有很大相关性,不管在何种速率搅拌下,反应器内部流体温度场的空间异质化始终存在.%In this paper, heating and stirring system operation was tested under settings included four different stirring intensities which were set up by a frequency converter in different stirring rates: R1=0, R2 =576, R3 =960, R4 =1 152 r/min. The experiment of temperature field and energy consumption monitoring, stirring intensity influence on the process of biogas digesters was researched, which will provide a technical support for biogas project operation and management.The results showed that: the stirring intensity has a significantly effect on the temperature field, the heating rate and the temperature field homogeneity has a great relevance with stirring rate, no matter what stirring rate is, the space heterogeneity of the fluid temperature field inside the reactor always exist.
