单螺杆挤出机处理秸秆的试验研究及数值模拟

         

摘要

TThis paper used experimental method and numerical simulation method to conduct L9(34) orthogonal experiment separately. Screw speed, opening of the adjusting device and pin depth were different experiment factors. Influence law of processing property (extruding pressure, yield and power) was obtained by the orthogonal experiment. The contrast analysis was done between the results of experiment and simulation. The effect degree of extruding pressure was: opening of the adjusting device superior to pin depth to screw speed in turn. The order of yield was: screw speed superior to opening of the adjusting device to pin depth. The effect of screw speed on power was greater than others. The order of influence degree, optimu combination and significance level of the numerical method obtained from the three factors for head pressure and yield was consistent with the experimental method. The main influence factors and significance level to the power were also consistent with the experimental method.%分别采用试验法和数值模拟法进行了L9(34)正交试验,将螺杆转速、调节装置开度及销钉深度作为试验因素,经正交试验找出其对秸秆加工性能(机头压力、产量及功率)的影响规律,并将试验法与数值模拟法进行了对比分析.结果表明,3个因素对机头压力影响程度的主次顺序为调节装置开度>销钉深度>螺杆转速;3个因素对产量影响程度的主次顺序为螺杆转速>调节装置开度>销钉深度;螺杆转速对功率影响程度远大于调节装置开度及销钉深度;数值模拟法得到3个因素对机头压力及产量的影响程度顺序、优化组合及显著性水平均与试验法一致,且对功率的影响因素及其显著性水平也均与试验法一致.
