A solar tracking device generally has a structure of rotatable plate, which is the characteristic of non-streamline, its wind load is determined by the wind load coefficient. With the analysis of wind load of tracking device, three wind coefficient calculation methods were compared. The results show that: the wind load coefficient calculated by computational fluid dynamics method is more consistent with the actual situation.
