利用甲醇催化重整回收中低温余热的研究

         

摘要

针对大量中低温余热资源的有效利用问题,提出利用甲醇及其水溶液催化重整技术来回收这些余热资源,并对甲醇及其水溶液催化重整形成含有H2,CO,CO2,CH4,C2H4等小分子气体的特性进行了试验研究.所采用的催化剂为铜基催化剂,反应温度控制在500℃以下,甲醇与水的物质的量比为1:0和1:1.试验结果表明,在催化剂的作用下,甲醇及其水溶液在较低的温度下就可以发生催化重整反应,其分解率随温度的升高而增加,当温度达到450℃时,分解已经基本完成.对反应的吸热量分析结果表明,分解后可以使甲醇的热值提高约20%.文章同时对不同行业的使用前景进行了分析.%Aimed at the effective uses of large amount of middle-low temperature heat waste heat sources, the methanol and its mixture with water catalytic reforming technology wae put forward to recover the waste heat. And the characteristics of catalytic reforming reaction of the methanol with its mixture with water was carried out experimentally in this paper. The formed H2,CO,CO2,CH4, C2H4 concentration was measured by the gas chromatogram, reaction temperature was controled within 500 ℃ used cu-based catalyst. The mole ratio of methanol and water are 1∶0 and 1∶1. The experimental result showed that methanol can react under lower temperature, being concerned with the catalyst, the concentration of gas was increased with the temperature rising. When the temperature was about 450 ℃, the pyrolysis was accomplished. The heat value of methanol will increase about 20% after decomposing reaction. This paper aiso analysised the application prospect in different industry.
