微生物菌剂处理猪场沼液及其资源化利用研究

         

摘要

利用实验室筛选培养的3种不同微生物菌剂,即发酵菌剂、光合菌剂和复合菌剂,分别对猪场沼液进行处理,结果表明,3种微生物菌剂对沼液均具有较好的净化作用,其中复合菌剂效果最佳.将经过微生物菌剂处理的沼液应用于无花果和盆栽茄子的生长及观赏鱼塘的追肥,结果表明,不同微生物菌剂处理的沼液对温室无花果、盆栽茄子均有明显的促生长作用,对鱼塘环境有明显的改善作用.施用复合菌剂处理后的沼液,无花果新枝长度和粗度分别为66.81 em和0.54 cm,产量高;喷施复合菌剂处理后的沼液,盆栽茄子平均单果重为232.6 g,平均单株产量达1 395.6 g,显著提高了产量.%3 complex microbial agents,namely fermented bacteria,photosynthetic bacteria and compound bacteria,were selected in the laboratory and were used to fermented hogpen biogas fluid respectively.The result showed that the three kinds of microbial agents have better purification effect for the biogas fluid,but the compound bacteria was the best.The fermented biogas fluid was used on greenhouse fig,potted eggplant and ornamental fish pond fertilizer,the results show that the production of greenhouse fig and potted eggplant were increased greatly,the environment of fishpond was improved greatly.Application of biogas fluid fermented by compound bacterium agent,the length and coarseness from new branches of FIG were 66.81 cm and 0.54 cm,which resulted in the high output.Spraying of biogas fluid fermented by compound bacterium agent,average weight of potted eggplant is 232.6 g,the average yield of single plant is 1 395.6 g,the output were increased significantly.
