基于改进熵值模型的生物质能源化利用区域选择研究

         

摘要

The system of region selection of biomass utilization for energy was built based on some principles. In order to get the region development priority, this system was evaluated the region selection of large-scale use of biomass energy from the supply side, the demand side and the auxiliary support side. Then, the system models and classification standard were built based on improved entropic coefficient model. Finally, the region development priority were obtained by calculation of evaluation index system. In example application section, four typical western counties were selected for evaluation. The results of the study showed that the Jintang county got the highest comprehensive evaluation number, which means that the Jintang county was the most suitable development region in biomass utilization of energy compared with three other counties. The validity of the synthetic evaluation system was proved by consisted with actual situation and some study results.%文章依据相关原则建立了生物质能源化利用区域选择评价指标体系,该体系从供应侧、需求侧与辅助支持侧3个方面对生物质能源化利用区域进行全方位评价.基于改进熵值模型进行体系模型的建立与分级标准的构建,并由模型计算得到区域生物质能源化利用的优先发展级.在案例分析中选择我国西部4个典型县级区域进行评价,分析结果表明:金堂县的综合评价值最高,是4个选择区域中最优先发展的地区;定量计算结果与实际情况及相关研究结论相符,说明该评价体系与模型有较好的适用性.
