区域工业绿色发展成熟度动态评价——基于熵值修正G1法和距离协调度改进模型的实证分析

         

摘要

An improved distance coordination degree model is developed with application of TOPSIS and gray relational de-gree model. Combining the above model with entropy-revised G1 method, we construct three maturity measurement indexes inclu-ding the development maturity index (DMI), the coordination maturity index (CMI), and the coordination development maturity index (CDMI). Additionally the proposed methods are used to evaluate the industrial green development maturity of 11 provinces in the Yangtze River Economic Belt from 2006 to 2015. The study shows that, there is a continuing growth of DMI and CDMI, but a fluctuating growth of CMI. The inconsistent phenomenon is very obvious in some provinces. In this decade, the urban agglomeration in the middle reaches develops rapidly and the distance between this urban agglomeration and the Yangtze River Delta is shrinking. But there is no significant change about the distance between Chengdu-Chongqing urban agglomeration and the Yangtze River Delta.%本文借助熵值修正G1法进行指标赋权,利用TOPSIS和灰色关联度改进距离协调度模型,构造发展成熟度指数 (DMI)、协调成熟度指数 (CMI) 和协调发展成熟度指数 (CDMI) 3个成熟度测度指数,对长江经济带11个省市2006~2015年工业绿色发展的成熟度进行评价.研究发现,10年间长江经济带DMI和CDMI持续增长,CMI呈波动式增长态势;部分省市工业绿色发展存在发展水平与协调程度不同步现象;中三角发展迅速,与长三角地区差距不断缩小,泛成渝地区与长三角的差距无明显缩小趋势.
