基于SCADA数据的国产风力机可靠性评估

             

摘要

基于国内某风电场SCADA系统的现场数据,评估国产风力机的可靠性.通过对故障数据的归类分析,根据故障率、停机时间等指标确定影响风力机可靠性的关键零部件;采用相关性函数分析风力机故障率与环境温度的相关性;利用时间序列方法分析风力机故障率和可靠性的季节性特征.分析结果表明:与文献中的风力机故障数据相比,所研究风力机样本的故障频率偏高,其中,电气系统和控制系统的故障率最高、平均维修时间较短,主轴、齿轮箱和发电机的故障率低、平均维修时间较长.此外,该组风力机的故障率与环境温度具有明显的相关性,表现出较为显著的季节性特征.%Based on the data of supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) system of a Chinese wind farm, the reliability feature of the wind turbines are evaluated. By way of classification of the failure data, the key components which will influence the reliability of wind turbines are determined based on the index of failure rates and their total downtime. The internal relation of failure rate with environment temperature is carried out with correlation function, and time series approach is used to analyze the seasonal feature of wind turbines' failure data and reliability. The results show that compared with the wind turbines in the literature, the failure rate is relatively higher as for the current sample. Among the components, the failure rate of electrical system and control system is the highest while the corresponding repair time is relatively short; to the contrary the failure rate of main shaft, gearbox and generator is lower while the average time for maintenance is comparably longer. In addition, there is an obvious dependency between the failure rate and temperature, and the failure rate has clear seasonal feature.
