一种基于主动管理的分布式电源两层规划方法

     

摘要

风电、光伏等分布式电源(Distributed Generation,DG)的并网,影响配电网安全.文章以提高DG的经济效益,减少配电网有功损耗为目的,建立考虑时序性的DG两层规划模型.上层规划以DG投资收益率和系统有功损耗减少量最大化为目标,下层规划以每个时段系统有功损耗最小化为目标.在下层规划中计及主动管理措施,优化DG接入后配电网的运行状态,以充分发挥DG在配电网中的积极作用.文章提出一种改进的多目标粒子群算法,并与原对偶内点法相结合,分别求解上、下层规划模型.最后以IEEE33节点进行验证,仿真结果表明了文章算法的合理性及有效性.%The connection of distributed generation (DG), which contains wind turbine, photovoltaic generator and so on, has a certain impact on the distribution network. In order to improve the economic efficiency of DG and reduce the active power loss of distribution network, a bi-level planning model is established in this paper considering the chronological characteristic of DG. The objective of upper level is to maximize the rate of return on investment of DG and the reduction of active power loss. The objective of lower level is to minimize the active power loss in each period. In the lower level model, the active management is considered to optimize the system operating status,so as to maximize the positive effect of DG in the distribution network. Moreover, a kind of improved multi-objective particle swamp optimization (IMPSO) is proposed, which is combined with the primal-dual interior point method to solve the upper and lower planning model respectively. Finally, several tests are carried out on IEEE 33-bus system to verify the feasibility of the proposed model and method.
