封闭式风冷型冷冻陈列柜内温度场分析

             

摘要

The temperature field in refrigerated display cabinet has great effect on the quality of food in it .The number of power consumption has a close relationship with the temperature field.The temperature field inside the closed and air cooled refrigerated display cabinet was simulated by the finite volume method with an unsteady three -dimension model and compiling UDF (User-Defined Function) procedure.At the same time, compared with pre-vious research and experimental research was conducted.Results show that the model was more consistent with real situation and easy to clearly master the distribution of temperature inside the closed and air cooled refrigerated dis -play cabinet.It has a practical significance for on the basis of the optimal design.%冷冻陈列柜中的食物保存质量直接依赖于柜内的温度分布,冷冻陈列柜的耗电量也同柜内温度场密切相关。建立三维非稳态模型,编译UDF ( User-Defined Function )程序,利用有限容积法数值模拟了封闭式风冷型冷冻陈列柜内温度场的变化情况,同时与以往研究进行对比和实验研究。结果表明:该模型与实际情况更加吻合,便于更加清楚的掌握柜内温度的分布情况,对在此基础上优化设计具有现实意义。
