太阳能热泵联合干燥农产品的实验研究

             

摘要

Solar drying is method of drying agricultural products more energy-efficient method,but due to solar discontinuity and instability,using a single solar drying will greatly reduce the drying efficiency,and due to the di-versity of agricultural product material and properties of complexity,the single solar drying is difficult to meet the quality requirements,is often used in combination with other energy.This paper from the new energy development by starting with the perspective of energy-saving emission reduction,Zhanjiang area farmers to meet needs of drying agricultural products,design a kind of solar energy and heat pump combined drying device based on,drying experi-ments were conducted using the device of white radish,verify the the device the drying effect,the results show that the drying device as the economy running reliable,and has good agricultural products drying effect.%太阳能干燥是农产品干燥方法中比较节能的方法,但由于太阳能间断性和不稳定性,单一利用太阳能干燥将大大降低干燥效率,并且由于农产品物料的多样性和性质的复杂性,单一太阳能干燥很难满足干品的质量要求,常常采用的办法是和其他能源结合。本文从新能源开发利用与节能减排的角度出发,基于湛江地区农户对农产品干燥的需求现状,设计了一种太阳能与热泵联合干燥装置,利用该装置对白萝卜进行干燥实验,验证了该装置的干燥效果,结果表明该干燥装置的运行经济可靠,并具有良好的农产品干燥效果。
