水冷调温型除湿机变工况特性试验研究

     

摘要

In order to guide the optimal operation of water-cooled temperature regulation type dehumidifier with the change of thermal and moisture load,the performance test platform for dehumidifier is designed.By testing the water-cooled temperature regulation type dehumidifier under cooling mode,the effect of cooling water flow,inlet water temperature,inlet air dry-bulb temperature and relative humidity on the performance of the dehumidifier is studied.The prototype is KFRS-20ZM/AS water-cooled temperature regulation type dehumidifier produced by S company.The experimental results show that the outlet air temperature and energy efficiency are greatly influenced by the change of water flow and inlet water temperature in a certain range.The energy efficiency is higher under the water flow of 5~6 m3/h and the inlet water temperature of 26 ℃C.When the inlet air relative humidity is constant,the energy efficiency increases with the dry-bulb temperature increasing;when the inlet air dry-bulb temperature is constant,the energy efficiency gets the highest with the relative humidity in a range of 50% to 70%.The research results provide theoretical guidance for energy-saving operation of the dehumidifier.%为了在热湿负荷变化时指导水冷调温型除湿机的优化运行,搭建除湿机性能测试平台,对水冷调温型除湿机在降温模式下进行性能测试,分析冷却水流量、冷却水进水温度、进风干球温度和进风相对湿度对除湿性能的影响.以S公司生产的KFRS-20ZM/AS型水冷调温型除湿机为样机进行试验,试验结果表明,冷却水流量和进水温度在一定范围内变化时对出风温度和除湿能效都有较大影响,当冷却水流量在5~6 m3/h,进水温度在26℃时除湿能效较高.进风相对湿度一定时,干球温度越高,除湿能效越高;进风干球温度一定时,相对湿度在50%~70%范围内除湿能效达到最高.研究结果为除湿机的节能运行提供理论指导.
