共模扼流圈在削减变频冷水机组共模电流中的应用

摘要

In order to solve the problems caused by bearing current of frequency conversion chiller,such as the electrocorrosion of bearing,the noise and abnormal vibration during the compressor's operation,the common mode chokes are applied to reducing common current in frequency conversion chiller.The working principle and requirements for instrumentation of common mode chokes are introduced,and the experimental verification are conducted,the results indicate that the common mode chokes have obvious performance in reducing common mode current.%为解决轴电流的产生对变频冷水机组轴承造成的电腐蚀以及压缩机运行噪声和振动异常等问题,提出将共模扼流圈应用到变频冷水机组中来削减共模电流.介绍共模扼流圈的工作原理和安装要求,并通过试验验证,结果表明共模扼流圈在削减共模电流方面具有比较好的性能.
