乌鲁木齐市既有居住建筑节能改造效果分析

摘要

The effect of energy-saving reconstruction was analyzed for existing residential buildings through the case study on the residential building, at one university in Urumqi. Calculation showed thermal insulation performance of building envelope was improved after energy-saving. The obvious energy saving effects could be obtained from aspects of economic benefit and environment benefit. Contribution rate of energy saving for building envelope is 30%. Energy-saving rate can meet the current standards.%以乌鲁木齐市某高校住宅楼为例，对乌鲁木齐市既有居住建筑节能改造的效果进行了分析。通过计算表明，节能改造后围护结构的保温性能有所提高。从经济效益和环境效益方面来讲，节能效果比较显著。围护结构节能贡献率达到30％，节能率满足现行标准。
