重庆医院空调室内湿度舒适性需求分析

         

摘要

In order to analysis the comfortable humid range of hospital air-conditioning environment under typical high humidity climate, a questionnaire survey was taken in a Three-A hospital in Chongqing during summer and winter in 2010. Environmental parameters were collected while one-to-one survey was taken. Total 793 questionnaires have been collected, of these questionnaires, 393 were collected in summer and 346 were collected in winter. By analyzing the satisfaction level of the humidity by subjects, the most satisfaction relative humidity of subjects is 70%-72%in the current relative humidity range in summer. But in winter, the current relative humidity range fails to meet the satisfaction point and most subjects expect the relative humidity can reach higher in winter. Stuffy nose is most affected by humidity during the six kinds of adverse reaction in sick building syndrome. Results of chi-square tests reveal that patients’ physical strength significantly affects their thermal requirements while the age doesn’t.%分析典型高湿气候下重庆医院空调建筑室内湿舒适范围。于2010年冬夏两季,对重庆某三甲医院住院部不同年龄段不同身体状况的人员开展随机主观问卷调研。调研采用一对一现场填写问卷并同时记录环境参数的方式进行。两次调研共收集有效问卷793份,其中包含夏季问卷393份,冬季问卷346份。通过分析受试者对湿度的满意程度,得出夏季受试者最大最满意度相对湿度范围为70%-72%,而冬季现行实际相对湿度未达到受试者满意范围,绝大多数受试者期望冬季相对湿度可以进一步升高。分析湿度影病态建筑综合症的六种不良反应程度,结论是鼻塞受湿度影响最大。相同环境产生不同湿感受的影响因素主要为年龄范围与身体状况。
