Presents the energy-saving means of an office building in Chengdu. Including variable flow rate of centrifugal chiller, variable flow adjustment of water system, “free cooling” by cooling tower, frequency control for cooling tower fan, variable air volume air conditioning system, adjustable outdoor air fan, heat recovery of exhaust air, fan intellectual control base on CO concentration.%介绍了成都某办公楼空调冷热源和风、水系统中采用的节能手段，包括变流量离心冷水机组、水系统变流量调节、冷却塔“免费”供冷、冷却塔风机变频、变风量全空气系统、新风比可调、排风热回收以及车库CO浓度智能控制。
