长大公路隧道洞内值班室空气质量改善研究

摘要

秦岭终南山公路隧道座作为世界级的特长隧道,运营安全问题十分突出,为了隧道行车安全,在隧道内部设置了两个24小时设人消防值班室.随着车流量的增加,隧道内空气质量下降,值班室工作环境恶化,对工作人员的身心造成不利的影响.为了保证工作人员身体健康与隧道运营安全,更好的发挥洞内值班室的作用,通过对秦岭终南山公路隧道值班室的通风及环境的测试分析研究,提出了在隧道内取风循环净化和罗茨风机送排风方式相结合的设计方案,有效地解决了秦岭终南山公路隧道内值班室空气净化系统小风量、高风压的设计难题,对类似长大公路隧道安全运营有借鉴意义.%ZhongNanshan Tunnelis the world-classexpertise tunnel,operational safety problem is very prominent,in order to solve traffic safety tunnel,two fire duty was set up inside the tunnel for 24 hours.With the increase of traffic flow,air quality inside the tunnel is decreasing,the duty working environment is deteriorating and affect staff.The physical and psychological.In order to ensure the health of staff and tunnel operational safety,better playthe role ofthe duty room,Through further study of Duty Zhongnanshan Tunnel ventilation and the environment,it is proposed in the wind tunnel and take the entrance ways of combining air blower improvement plan.Effectively solve the ZhongNanshan Tunnel is designed.the air purification system design problem of small volume,high wind pressure,as reference for similar grew up highway tunnel safety operation.
