影响冶金石灰品质因素分析与控制措施

摘要

This paper introduces the effects of physical and chemical properties , fuel components and control of kiln processing parameters of the lime stone on production of high quality metallurgical lime with Mazer kiln.Then it proposes the control requirements of lime stone , fuel, kind of process parameters such as calcination temperature , air distribution coefficient and heat , as well as storage and transportation of metallurgical lime .%介绍了麦尔兹窑在生产优质冶金石灰过程中，石灰石理化性能、燃料组分、窑工艺参数控制等因素对生产高品质冶金石灰的影响。提出了石灰石和燃料控制要求，窑膛煅烧温度、配风系数、热量等各项工艺参数控制要求，以及冶金石灰的仓储及运输控制要求。
