热收缩膜专用料2420D的研究开发

摘要

By structural analysis to the special resin for heat shrinkable film,the structural design was made to the special resin 2420D used for heat shrinkable LDPE film,and its performance index was determined. Polymerization process condition was researched,production process condition of 2420D was determined,industrialization production plan was made. The experimental product met the design requirement,and application experiment and test were made to the heat shrinkable film.%通过对热收缩膜专用料的结构分析，进行了高压低密度聚乙烯热收缩膜专用料2420D的结构设计，确定了其性能指标。研究了聚合工艺条件，结合2420D性能指标，确定了2420D的生产工艺条件，制定工业化生产方案，试验产品达到了设计要求。
