高酸气田净化装置腐蚀分析与防护技术

摘要

In the process of natural gas production, because the high acid gas filed has characteristics of high sulfur and high acid, the corrosion problem of equipment and pipelines of the plant is especially prominent, which affects the continuous production of the plant. Combined with the current situation of corrosion, this paper made analysis to the corrosion factors of the corrosive media, found out the key factors influencing equipment and pipeline corrosion rate, and put forward protection suggestion from the aspects of detection, repair, material selection, manufacture and operation.%在天然气的生产过程中，高酸气田由于具有高含硫、高酸等特点，装置中的设备及管线腐蚀问题尤为突出，影响装置连续生产。文中结合腐蚀现状，对装置中的腐蚀介质的腐蚀成因进行分析，找出影响设备及管线腐蚀速率的关键因素，从检测、修复、选材、制造、操作等方面提出了防护建议。
