加工高酸重质原油炼油厂的腐蚀与防护技术应用

摘要

The corrosion characteristics of Huizhou Refinery project processing heavy high-TAN crude were studied, and corresponding process corrosion prevention measures and material selections for equipment, piping and valves, etc were recommended. The corrosion protection guidelines for the refineries processing heavy high-TAN crudes were developed and successfully applied in project design and construction of the refinery. The practice shows that the successful implementation of corrosion prevention technologies in the refinery project has both met the design requirements and reduced the project capital investment. In addition, improvements have been proposed, which provides valuable experience for material section in anti - corrosion of similar refinery projects processing similar crude oils in petrochemical industry.%文章对加工高酸重质原油的惠州炼油项目腐蚀特点进行了分析，提出了相应的工艺防腐蚀措施及设备、管道和阀门等选材方案；制定了高酸重质原油炼油厂防腐蚀导则。这些措施在项目设计、施工中得到了有效应用，既满足了设计要求，又合理降低了工程投资，同时总结了改进意见，为石化行业加工同类原油的炼油厂防腐蚀与选材提供了丰富的借鉴经验。
