热化学法洗涤含油污泥工艺研究

         

摘要

This paper researched the influence of chemical reagents of different proportion and under the condition of heating. The Six kinds of surfactants inclusive of CMC,AEO-9,sodium carbonate,LAS,STPP and sodium metasilicate are selected and prepared by certain mass ratio to make 64 kinds of eluents which has mass fraction of 2%,and ,under the condition of reaction temperature of 50℃,reaction time of 35 min,and liquid-solid mass ratio of 5:1,the oil content after washed is 62.90%oily sludge. The result showed that,when the mass ratio of the 6 kinds of surfactants is 1:3:15:15:25:11,the residual oil ratio of oily sludge is the lowest,only 3.03%.%研究了不同配比的化学试剂在加热的条件下对含油污泥脱油效果的影响。即选用CMC、AEO-9、碳酸钠、LAS、STPP、偏硅酸钠6种表面活性剂按一定质量比配制成64种质量分数为2%的洗脱液,在反应温度为50℃,反应时间为35 min,液固质量比为5:1的条件下洗涤含油率为62.90%的含油污泥,得出6种表面活性剂的质量比为1:3:15:15:25:11时含油污泥残油率最低,仅为3.03%。
