人角膜上皮细胞体外培养的研究进展

摘要

角膜上皮细胞位于角膜外表面,人角膜上皮细胞体外培养有助于充分了解角膜细胞的生物学特性、构建体外疾病模型以及更好地发挥其临床作用.我们就近年来关于人角膜上皮细胞体外培养提取部位,提取方法,培养基、细胞因子与底物以及鉴别方法研究进展进行综述.%The corneal epithelial cells are at the surface of the cornea.Human corneal epithelial cells cultured in vitro contribute to fully understand the biological properties of corneal cells,construct disease models in vitro,and play its clinical significance better.This article reviews the recent advances in human corneal epithelial cells cultured in vitro about extractive fraction,extraction methods,factors of progress,impact identification methods.
