长距离矩形顶管后靠加固体优化研究

         

摘要

In order to study the reasonable reinforcement range for the long-distance rectangular pipe jacking after relying on the reinforcement, this paper relies on the underground pedestrian crossing project of a subway station and commercial area in Kunming. Reasonable consolidation of the scope of research. The results show that: when using the Shanghai incremental launching experience formula to calculate the jacking force and field measured jacking force is more consistent with the size. By optimizing the calculation method of the jacking force, the volume of the long-distance rectangular jacking pipe after relying on the reinforcement can be reduced by nearly 30%. The research results can be used in similar projects in Kunming region, will have a significant socio-economic effect.%为研究长距离矩形顶管后靠加固体的合理加固范围选取方法, 依托于昆明地区某地铁车站与商业区地下人行连接通道的项目, 对地下人行通道长距离矩形顶管后靠加固体的合理加固范围进行研究.研究结果表明:当采用上海地区顶推经验公式计算顶推力与现场实测顶推力大小较为吻合.通过优化顶推力的计算方法, 可将长距离矩形顶管后靠加固体体积减小近30%.该研究成果可用于昆明地区同类工程设计中, 将产生显著的社会经济效应.
