适用双块式轨枕的钢管混凝土柱抗弯性能分析

             

摘要

Calculated and analyzed the bending performance of concrete-filled steel tube for double block sleepers. Established 3 point support loading finite element model of circular section and rectangular section steel tube, then calculated and analyzed the bending performance of steel tube filled with concrete or not, and compared the bending performance of circular section and rectangular section steel tube. The results show that the bending performance of concrete-filled tube increaseing obviously. Considering the cost, the rectangular section concrete-filled tube with 200 mm wide and 500 mm high is optimal for double block sleepers.%计算分析了适用于双块式轨枕的钢管混凝土柱抗弯性能.建立圆形截面、矩形截面钢管3点支撑加载有限元模型, 计算分析钢管中不灌注混凝土与灌注混凝土时的抗弯性能, 并对圆形截面和矩形截面钢管混凝土柱的抗弯性能进行对比分析.结果表明:钢管内灌注混凝土后抗弯性能增加明显, 对于双块式轨枕, 综合考虑造价, 采用宽×高=200mm×500mm的矩形截面钢管混凝土柱抗弯性能最优.
