京沪高速铁路济南西站大跨度钢屋盖带柱累积滑移施工监理控制

         

摘要

Steel roof in the elevated area of Ji'nan west station on Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway is a composite structure consisting of prestressed concrete girders, structural steel concrete girders and steel tube concrete columns, with complicated joints, heavy elements and construction difficulties. All frame columns are steel tube concrete columns in corresponding positions of underground corridor extended to floor after changing their diameters. Columns above the floor are 11. 4 to 15 meters high and the overall weight of columns and trusses is 3 080 tons. Accumulative sliding of steel roof with columns refers to the construction scheme that trusses are pushed sliding by crawlers/jacks and moved to place after several times of sliding. This article focuses on steel truss sliding process especially in the perspective of control of supervisors.%京沪高速铁路济南西站高架区钢屋盖主体结构是采用预应力混凝土梁+型钢混凝土梁+钢管混凝土柱的混合结构,节点复杂,单件重量大,施工难度大.其框架柱均由地下通廊相应部位的钢管混凝土框架柱变径后延伸至楼面.楼面上柱高11.4~15m,柱及桁架总质量3 080 t.钢屋盖带柱累积滑移是指利用安装在钢柱根部的爬行器(即顶推千斤顶)推动桁架进行滑移,经多次滑移后移动到位的施工方案,从监理控制方面重点介绍济南西站钢桁架滑移施工过程.
