With the superiorities such as quickness, safety, energy conservation, environmental protection and so on, the urban rail transit is relied on by more and more cities. And with the superiorities of lower noise and land conservation, the underground metro might be the first choice in central cities. But it has been a common phenomenon that the metro always passes right beneath or laterally beneath the residential buildings because of the problem of space shortage in central cities. If the Secondary structure-borne noise caused by metro cannot be governed properly, it will affect the nearby residents on rest, work and study. So it is important to determine the reasonable performance standard and acceptance monitoring method for secondary structure-borne noise. Combined with work practice and experience, the author discusses some existing problems in current performance standards as well as in acceptance monitoring methods, and makes recommendations for the improvement.%城市轨道交通以其快捷、安全、节能、环保等诸多优势为越来越多的城市所倚重,而地下线以其在节约占地、根源上消除噪声污染等优势,成为城市中心区线路形式的首选;但是由于中心城区空间紧张,经常出现地下线路在居民住宅建筑下方正穿或近距离经过等情况.列车运行引起的二次结构噪声若不加以控制,可能对附近人群的正常工作、学习、休息等产生不良影响.因此,针对二次结构噪声,确定合理的控制标准和验收监测方法尤为重要,笔者结合工作实践就目前的相关标准及验收监测中存在的问题加以探讨,并提出改进建议.
