重载铁路嵌入式组合高锰钢辙叉强度分析研究

             

摘要

By using the finite element method, this paper studies the strength of No. 12 embedded high manganese steel combined frog on heavy haul railway with 75 kg/m rail. The result shows; for the rails (including wing rail and point rail) which in the three weak positions, the vertical displacements are within 2 mm, and the lateral displacements are within 1 mm except the load is on the throat. The equivalent stress of rails, bolts and filler blocks are less than their corresponding yield stresses. So their strengths meet the requirements. In the actual production, it is suggested to take some measures to prevent or reduce the stress concentration between rails and bolts or filler blocks and rails, especially near throat region.%运用有限元方法,研究分析重载铁路75 kg/m钢轨12号嵌入式组合高锰钢辙叉的强度.结果表明:在所选的3个薄弱位置钢轨件(翼轨和心轨)的竖向位移均在2 mm以内,横向位移除荷载作用在咽喉处外均在1 mm以内;钢轨件、螺栓及间隔铁的等效应力均小于其相应屈服强度,满足强度要求;建议在道岔的实际生产过程中采取一定的措施避免或减小螺栓与钢轨件或间隔铁之间的应力集中,尤其是咽喉区附近.
