朔黄重载铁路小半径曲线病害成因分析及整治措施探析

     

摘要

This thesis comprehensively analyzed the diseases on small-radius curved sections and the disease reasons, and proposed targeted treatment and prevention measures so as to ensure that the small-radius curved sections could be with good technical condition and balanced quality. Meanwhile, the statistical analysis of the disease status of the DK0-DK256 small-radius curved sections of the Shuo-Huang heavy haul railway was carried out, including the damages on steel rails, the deviations of track’s geometrical sizes, and the failures of joint accessories. Further on, the thesis discussed the specific reasons causing these diseases on the small radius curved sections and, in combination with field gropes and practices, proposed a series of effective maintenance and treatment measures for small radius curved sections. As a result, the use of the comprehensive maintenance and treatment measures in small radius curved sections has achieved good effect, which can extend the maintenance interval, reduce maintenance cost, and provide reference experience for the treatments of similar diseases.%综合分析小半径曲线病害和产生病害的原因,提出针对性的整治和预防措施,以保证小半径曲线地段技术状态良好、质量均衡。通过对朔黄线DK0~DK256重载铁路小半径曲线地段统计分析钢轨伤损、轨道几何尺寸以及联结零件病害情况,探讨产生小半径曲线病害的具体原因,结合现场摸索实践,提出小半径曲线系列有效的养护整治措施。小半径曲线地段采用综合整治措施进行维修养护,取得良好效果,延长了曲线维修周期,降低了维修成本,为类似病害整治提供借鉴经验。
